The report pointed out that Saudi Arabia ranked first among the ten markets receptor for Egyptian exports during the period from January to October of this year as the value of Egyptian exports to the market 7 billion and 774 million pounds, an increase of 29% from the previous year, 2009, followed by the U.S. the U.S. with exports valued at 6 billion and 473 million pounds, an increase of 30% over the same period last year.

The most important sectors, which increased its exports during the period from January to October of the year 2010 included the construction materials at a value of $ 22 billion and 522 million pounds of chemicals at a value of 18 billion and 257 million pounds, an increase of 23% over the same period last year, followed by exports of food industry and engineering, garments, furniture, medicines, shoes and leather products, books and works of art and furniture.
